Bored Spitless
Another Sunday Afternoon
Here's to one of those days where you just don't know what to do with yourself. This morning I went to church at 9 am, which is a far cry from what I'm used to- 1 pm. So, I'm left with a lot more time with which I have nothing to do on this day of days. Sure it's New Year's Eve. But I'm in Rexburg. Like there's anything for me to do tonight except sit around on my caboose and watch movies or read. There's a CES fireside tonight at about 6:00 that I'm going to go to, but after that, who knows what I'll be doing. Jeff is leaving in a little while to go down to IF to meet his girlfriend and stay over at her brother's place. Mike and I will have little to do but run around the parking lot shooting confetti guns at each other at the stroke of Midnight. While that will be fun, I'm not sure what else to do with my boring life for the next few days until school starts. For those of you who are away with your families right now, be grateful. Rexburg is a ghost town over a semester break.
Anyway, best wishes to all. Happy New Year!!!!

Family Picture
Not much to say on this one. My family had some pictures taken. It's actually really nice. This shot doesn't do it justice. It's a picture of a picture. The bright spot over my head isn't a heavenly pillar. It's the light from my room refracting of the print while I took a picture of it. But, the picture's here anyway. Enjoy.
Beard Contest
Oh, look! We got Mike's goatee on here. It was pretty impressive for only a few days. The other picture wasn't very good because he hadn't shaved his whole face.
Pretty good, eh?
Birth of the Cool
Sweet!!!! I have a blog now. This will mostly be used to help everybody keep up with my life. As fast-paced and exciting as it is (or I wish it was), I'll do my best to keep everything up to date and not bore everybody to death. Hopefully the things on here will also be interesting to everybody. It doesn't always work out that way, but we can always hope, right?
Anyway, fave fun reading up on my life.
This past week or so has been great. I got to go back home for Christmas and I really enjoyed the time away from Rexburg. Unfortunately, the time was all to short and I have to come back up north for work. My favorite time of the month...the last three days. Right.
Meanwhile I have my two roommates to keep me company and keep things somewhat interesting around here. Mostly we just hang out and watch movies for the next few days because there's NOBODY in town. We just have to hold out for another few days and then people will start showing up. Thank goodness. Rexburg is kinda boring with 15,000 students here. Imagine what it's like when 99% of them are gone. Need I say more?
Best wishes to all. And those of you who are coming back to Rexburg, COME BACK QUICK!!! I'm going crazy.
Later.
